Due to the nature of our products and our wholesale model, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or order cancellations.
Exceptions
Returns may be accepted only in exceptional cases, which must be discussed and approved by phone within 10 days of delivery.
Return Conditions
- Return shipping is at the customer’s expense
- If approved, store credit will be issued
- No cash refunds will be provided under any circumstances
